NEW: The crew of the Dali ship that crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge could be stuck on the ship for the next two weeks.
No one on the Dali was injured during the crash.
According to Andy Middleton who helped the crew prepare for their journey, they could be stuck on the ship for two weeks while debris is cleared.
The crew currently has enough supplies to last 28 days.
Their job while debris is cleared will be to help determine what caused the accident and to make sure the ship doesn’t sink.
“Right now there is a part of the deck bed sitting on top of the containers at the back of the vessel. I can't imagine they'll move the ship until that has been cleared,” he said to the Daily Mail.
“I've been checking in with one crew member throughout the day and he just said that they were 'very busy', probably trying to work out what caused the incident and then once that can be determined, may try to repair it.”

The driver was stuck in the burning vehicle and couldn't get out.
The group who pulled him out said they were getting hit in the face by the scorching flames as the car door was being blocked by the guard rail.
A highway worker smashed the window open allowing the group to pull the man out of the car, saving his life.
The driver reportedly avoided serious injury and was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

24-year-old Jordan Barrett was diagnosed with stomach cancer last year requiring doctors to remove his entire stomach.
After thinking the cancer had been eradicated, it returned, much worse than before.
Throughout the cancer process, Barrett reconnected with his childhood friend Mikayla Thomas who he had known since diapers.
The pair fell in love and got married.
"[Doctors] confirmed last week that we will be moving into palliative care with an anticipated timeline of 6 weeks until the progression has a large effect on me day to day, and 4 months until the cancer wins…" Barrett said in March on his GoFundMe.
"I know where I am going after this time is over and I have accepted it. I just want to spend my remaining time celebrating and being with those I love!"

Kelly was accused of shooting and killing Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea on his land, who entered into the country illegally multiple times, in January 2023.
“Long story short, this is simply not somebody who's looking for the American dream. There's no evidence that this person is here for those kinds of benign purposes,” Kelly's defense attorney said during closing arguments.
“And we bring that up, not, you know, to be judgmental about Gabriel or to not have compassion for him. But when people are involved in a criminal lifestyle, it's dangerous. It's more inherently dangerous than simply being a migrant who's coming here. So it's relevant for that reason.”
