NEW: A group of Good Samaritans save a driver in Minnesota from his burning car after he got in a crash on the I-94 highway.

The driver was stuck in the burning vehicle and couldn't get out.

The group who pulled him out said they were getting hit in the face by the scorching flames as the car door was being blocked by the guard rail.

A highway worker smashed the window open allowing the group to pull the man out of the car, saving his life.

The driver reportedly avoided serious injury and was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.

BREAKING: Judge in the Arizona rancher case where 75-year-old George Alan Kelly was accused of shooting an illegal on his property, has declared a mistrial.

Kelly was initially charged with second-degree murder.

The announcement from the judge came after the jury was unable to reach a verdict.

Kelly was accused of shooting and killing Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea on his land, who entered into the country illegally multiple times, in January 2023.

“Long story short, this is simply not somebody who's looking for the American dream. There's no evidence that this person is here for those kinds of benign purposes,” Kelly's defense attorney said during closing arguments.

“And we bring that up, not, you know, to be judgmental about Gabriel or to not have compassion for him. But when people are involved in a criminal lifestyle, it's dangerous. It's more inherently dangerous than simply being a migrant who's coming here. So it's relevant for that reason.”

NEW: 14-year-old girl lured into a forest in Belgium by her boyfriend who then allowed 10 children to ambush and gang r*pe her.

Police say the r*pists, aged between 11 and 16 years old, were "young people of immigrant origin."

The accused r*pists filmed the attack and posted it on social media.

The incident took place in Kortrijk, West Flanders about 5 miles from the French border.

The girl was reportedly in the forest for two days, was r*ped, abused and tormented.

Six of the suspects have been placed in a closed institution and four were placed under house arrest.

"The youngest suspect is 11 years old... [The suspects] have all been identified and arrested and measures have been taken by the juvenile court. Our attention is now going first and foremost to the victim. She is receiving counseling," said the West Flemish public prosecutor's office.

REPORT: The U.S. government has issued its first geomagnetic storm watch in ~20 years, warning Americans of solar activity that could knock out communications and GPS systems.

According to NOAA, the power grid is at risk and warns Americans of "possible widespread voltage control problems."

The storm is expected to hit Earth on Friday and go through Saturday.

The storm is caused by "a large sunspot cluster has produced several moderate to strong solar flares." (NOAA)

The sunspot is about 16x the diameter of Earth.

NEW: Arizona woman sentenced after her husband caught her trying to poison him by putting bleach in his coffee.

Roby Johnson started noticing that his coffee tasted off starting in March of 2023.

Johnson decided to purchase pool chemical testing strips and discovered there was high chlorine levels in his coffee.

He set up a hidden camera and caught his wife, Melody Feliciano Johnson, in the act.

Johnson says his wife was trying to get life insurance benefits by attempting to kill him.

Despite all the evidence, Feliciano struck a plea deal and plead guilty to two counts of adding poison or a harmful substance to food or drink.

She will only have to serve three years of probation.

NEW: Woman gets attacked by a wild bull on the beach in Los Cabos, Mexico after she continuously tried reasoning with it while it looked through her belongings.

The woman was seen confronting the bull as bystanders on the beach begged her to leave the animal alone.

The bull eventually got fed up and attacked her.

It is unclear at the moment what the woman's condition is.

JUST IN: Arkansas high school teacher sentenced to 13 years in prison after she was accused of r*ping one of her minor students.

33-year-old Heather Hare was sentenced for transporting a minor across state lines for unlawful 's*xual activity.'

Hare r*ped the student in her classroom according to federal authorities.

The teacher met the student on his first day of senior year and she quickly came onto him.

The teacher would schedule one-on-one counseling sessions and began communicating with him through social media platforms.

The s*xual activities reportedly took place 20-30 times at her home, her vehicle, her classroom, and in the parking lot at Bryant High School.

According to authorities, Hare even chaperoned a class field trip to Washington D.C. where she and the student engaged in s*xual activity.

Hare was sentenced to 13 years in prison and will serve a lifetime of supervised release.

NEW: 50-year-old man fined $600 for bodyslamming a Killer Whale off the coast of New Zealand.

The orca was swimming with a calf when the man decided to jump off the boat.

"I touched it!" the man said.

According to the Department of Conservation, the man could have been killed.

"Orca are immensely powerful animals, and this really could have ended horribly, with either the startled whale being injured, or the man responsible being harmed by the aggravated animal," they said.

The Auckland man was fined $600 after video of the incident spread online.

JUST IN: Boeing offers condolences after a passenger was killed on a Boeing 777 plane, says their “thoughts” are with the passengers and crew.

In total 30 people were injured and a 73-year-old British man was killed.

The incident happened after the plane fell a whopping 6000 feet.

“Suddenly the aircraft starts tilting up and there was shaking so I started bracing for what was happening, and very suddenly there was a very dramatic drop so everyone seated and not wearing seatbelt was launched immediately into the ceiling,” a passenger said.

“Some people hit their heads on the baggage cabins overhead and dented it, they hit the places where lights and masks are and broke straight through it.”

A 32-year-old man is accusing a woman of touching him inappropriately while he was in his Goofy costume during a meet-and-greet.

While the group was taking a photo, the woman allegedly put her hand on his butt and squeezed it three times.

"During the squeezing the grandmother said 'Woo hoo!'" a police report says.

According to the photographer, "Goofy stopped the interaction with the family and was asking them to leave."

"What did you do?" the father asked the grandmother.

"I didn't do anything... Goofy wants us to leave now," she said.

Goofy wanted the woman prosecuted for battery however no arrest has been made.
