So in the past week the SCOTUS released decisions that removed 2nd Amend violations blocking concealed carry in the states, returned the abortion issue to the states, and reversed decades of prohibiting prayer in the public schools.

All of that since last Wednesday. And they're not done yet.

A radical Jewish group advancing the argument that abortion needs to allowed because according to how they read their Torah, it's perfectly fine to kill a human baby that isn't born yet is one of the dumbest f**king things I've ever heard in my life.

But apparently a court challenge to the SCOTUS ruling last week is now being mounted on First Amendment grounds:

When you hear Planned Parenthood and others screaming blue bloody murder over having abortion limits in US states rolled back, keep in mind who it is that's been supplying a large percentage of the well-developed fetal cells and organs for the past couple of decades.

In a landmark case reversing almost 55 years of the public schools disallowing private prayer on school grounds because it supposedly violated the establishment clause, the SCOTUS has ruled 6-3 that a person making a prayer on school grounds does not, in face, establish their particular religion as the official religion of the entire school district.

It is by Justice Gorsuch, and the vote is 6-3.

The fear of offending the Constitution's establishment clause does not, Gorsuch writes, require the government "to single out private religious speech for special disfavor. The Constitution and the best of our traditions counsel mutual respect and tolerance, not censorship and suppression, for religious and nonreligious views alike."
