Breaking:

Russia has officially accused Zelensky of using chemical weapons, specifically Botulism Toxin B.

They have alleged they have evidence of this and will send it to the OPCW (global authority on chemical weapons ban).
This is in line with their earlier allegations that the US had been attempting to manufacture bioweapons using strategic waterways in Ukraine, and would fall in line as well with specialized testing on Botulinum toxin that was taking place in joint research labs there prior to Russia's incursion.

Botulinum neurotoxin poses a major bioweapon threat because of its extreme potency and lethality; its ease of production, transport, and misuse; and the need for prolonged intensive care among affected persons. A single gram of crystalline toxin, evenly dispersed and inhaled, can kill more than one million people.

It is one of the most lethal substances on earth and is strictly prohibited under the Geneva Convention
