- Fresno County Superior Court Judge Leanne Le Mon, 46, has sentenced Michael Martin,57, to 180 days in jail, 2 years of formal probation, and ordered him to register as a sex offender upon his release.
- Democrat Judge Le Mon was appointed to the Superior Court by Governor Gavin Newsom in 2021. She previously served as Deputy AG for the California Department of Justice.

🔹Jeffrey D. Pierce, 42, of Topeka, Kansas, was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay $55,100 in special assessments.
🔹Pierce, a former teacher and basketball coach at Seaman High School in Topeka, impersonated a minor girl on social media platforms and persuaded minor boys to create and send him images of themselves engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Evidence recovered from Pierce’s phone and electronic devices shows that his exploitative scheme lasted for several years and that he targeted minors in his own community, including his own students.
🔹To date, the FBI has identified over 80 minors who were victimized by Pierce.

🔹Merlin Harrigan, 37, was indicted September 14 by a Pinal County Grand Jury on 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Four days later, he was arrested.
🔹Police previously served a search warrant on his home, stemming from a theft investigation. In the home investigators found children’s clothing, sex toys and a child sex doll. Guns, drugs, drug paraphernalia and electronic devices were seized.
🔹Forensic analysis of Harrigan’s devices, discovered about 151,500 images and videos portraying child sexual abuse.
🔹Harrigan is being held on a $250,000 bond and his next court hearing is set for Sept. 23.

🔹A tip to police involved Foley's Google account that contained 46 suspected child porn image files. The images were of several girls between the ages of 12-16. With the full account data authorities have identified 5,000+ images of child abuse material & 166 video files of a voyeuristic nature.

🔹Derrick Richardson, 29, who served under Torres in the Rollin’ 30s Crips, received 24 and 1/2 years in prison for shooting and killing Nestor Suazo, 25, in 2015, in the Bronx. This sentence will run concurrently with a previous sentence of 11 years for related Crips offenses.
🔹From about 2009 up to and including 2017, the 3 defendants and others were members or associates of a racketeering enterprise known as the “Rollin’ 30s,” also known as the “Harlem Mafia Crips” or “Dirt Gang.”
🔹In order to fund the enterprise, protect and expand its interests, and promote its standing, members and associates of the Rollin’ 30s committed, conspired, attempted, and threatened to commit acts of violence, including murder, attempted murder, and robbery; and they conspired to distribute and possess with intent to distribute narcotics.

Dzenan Camovic was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for the robbery of a New York City Police Department officer’s firearm and discharging that firearm at several NYPD officers during the course of the robbery.

Camovic, who was inspired by terrorism, is a Bosnian citizen illegally in the United States. He will be deported after completing his sentence.

During his attack on the police officers, Camovic repeatedly shouted “Allahu Akbar,” a common Arabic phrase meaning “God is the greatest,” that has been used by perpetrators of jihadist terror attacks during the commission of violent attacks. Prior to the attack, Camovic possessed a significant volume of radical jihadist propaganda.
