🔹Rafael Robinson, 35, was sentenced to 17 years and 6 months in federal prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay $459,000 restitution, for sex trafficking of an adult by force.
🔹Per court docs: Four men ran a strip club, known as “Club Passions,” and a brothel, known as “Passionate Touch,” at a leased property in West Philadelphia. Along with his 3 co-defendants, Robinson engaged in acts of force, threats, fraud and coercion to cause a young woman to engage in prostitution over the course of approximately 3 years, including subjecting her to repeated acts of sadistic torture.
🔹Co-defendants: Kevino Graham, was convicted of 2 counts of sex trafficking by force & attempted sex trafficking by force & was sentenced to 100 years in prison. Both Brian Wright & Renato Teixeira pled guilty and were sentenced to 21 years & 10 months, and 8 years & 6 months in prison, respectively.

🔹Brett Avery Tipton, 40, of Rockledge, was arrested on a criminal complaint charging him with enticing a minor to produce child sexual abuse material. He was ordered detained pending trial.
🔹Per complaint: In 2020, Tipton began communicating with the child victim (who was then 12 years old) on Snapchat, Telegram, PlayStation, and Facebook. Tipton requested and urged, the victim to send numerous pictures engaging in sexually explicit conduct. In return, Tipton sent the victim gifts from Amazon, games, gaming equipment, and food through an online delivery service. This went on for one year.
🔹Investigation revealed: Tipton distributed child sex abuse material to online groups. During interview with law enforcement Tipton said he used his online accounts to interact with and solicit sexually explicit material from males who ranged in age from 12 to 26 years old.
🔹If convicted, Tipton faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 10 years, and up to life, in federal prison.

🔹Escobar and others engaged in a large-scale conspiracy to distribute various narcotics including cocaine via Darknet marketplaces. They also used the U.S. Postal Service to send narcotics to buyers who paid the group using cryptocurrency.
🔹The investigation was the result of a law enforcement effort to identify individuals in the Houston area selling and distributing narcotics via DarkNet marketplaces.
