DEVELOPING! Los Angeles: Prairie/Florence - A murder suspect is barricaded in a flipped over vehicle after dragging a deceased carjacking victim during a pursuit. The LAPD were chasing the murder suspect when the vehicle crashed and he carjacked another victim. He then dragged that victim for a mile, according to Downtown LA Scanner.

It came to an end at Prairie and Florence where the suspect is currently barricaded. To be clear, the suspect committed the original homicide before the chase. So now the suspect has killed two people.

The suspect later crashed and flipped over, but stayed in the vehicle. A standoff ensued but the suspect was eventually taken into custody.
