However, I am preserving this person's anonymity at their request.

"From JP [John Paul Mac Issac] regarding Maxey's claims, "He stated he recovered 450gb of deleted files. The way the drive was copied, only data that was in the users home folder was transferred to the external. A block copy would have copied all the data on the drive, visible as well as data that may have been deleted but still present on the drive."

In other words, NO DELETED FILE ARCHIVE was on the hard drive sent to Rudy."

So Mac Issac is saying what Maxey is claiming to have done is impossible if he's working off of a copy or clone of what was given to Rudy Giuliani.
