Sussmann's trying to have the judge TOSS ALL THE EVIDENCE before the trial starts.

This is a Hail Mary filing and not a well argued one.

Federal district court judge Christopher Cooper has ruled against Sussmann every time, I think.

If the fix was in, Cooper would've granted Sussmann's Motion To Dismiss the Special Counsel's indictment against him earlier this week.

Judge Cooper not only DENIED the motion, he pretty much agreed with EVERY POINT Durham made in his rebuttal to that motion.

They got the Baker phones from the OIG. It's where they found the text message where Sussmann came right out and said he wasn't coming on behalf of any client.

What else did they find on those phones that wasn't turned over when it should have been?
