In an interview with The Daily Beast, the U.S. Army Public Affairs Officer from the 173rd Airborne Brigade training Ukrainian forces in Lviv in western Ukraine, Capt. Steven Modugno, says that no one from the Azov Battalion or Right Sector is being trained in Lviv because the embassy uses the Leahy vetting process, which is in place to make sure no one has committed any kind of gross human rights abuses. When asked about members of the Azov Battalion who have not committed gross human abuses, more specifically how they are screened out, he says, “You know that’s actually a great question. It’s one the State Department would need to answer.”

The Daily Beast then interviewed State Department representative, Press Officer Yarina Ferentsevych of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine. Ferentsevych told us, “At this point, as far as we are aware, no”—that is, no members of Azov. “Whether or not some may be in the lineup, that is possible. But frankly, you know, our vetting screens for human rights violations, not for ideology. Neo-Nazis, you know, can join the U.S. army too. The battalions that are in question have been integrated as part of Ukraine’s National Guard, and so the idea is that they would be eligible for training, but in all honesty I cannot tell you if there are any on the list we train. There were not any in the first rotation as far as I am aware.”
Ferentsevych confirms that it is practically impossible to know which trainees are from which battalion, “It’s a mishmash of folks: volunteers, soldiers, war heroes, Maidan veterans—I mean I couldn’t tell you, you know, short of investigating the background of each guy.”
At this point, she recommends that we speak to the press officer of the 173rd Airborne Brigade. We explain that he actually directed us to her. She laughs. Welcome to the United States Government.
When we asked PAO Capt. Modugno whether it was possible to detect all the Azov guys who are dispersed into the national guard battalions, he told us, “I don’t know if any of them could get through.” He explained that he is not an expert on the Leahy vetting process, but, “From what I’ve seen here, I haven’t seen any extremists, I’ve seen patriots.” The acting head of Ukraine’s national guard, Mykola Balan, told The Daily Beast, “Azov hasn’t been trained by the U.S. military. Currently they are at the front line.”

Regarding the Ukrainian government’s involvement in the vetting process, Capt. Modugno explains that one section of the government is doing all the heavy lifting, “I believe it is the Ministry of Interior that is picking companies to come here.”
The Azov Battalion not only answers directly to the Ministry of Interior, but it is ingrained deeply in that structure. The founder and head of Azov, Andriy Biletsky works closely with the Ukrainian Ministry of Interior and as the BBC reported last year, “The Azov Battalion was formed and armed by Ukraine’s interior ministry.”

Our government knew in closing months of 2015 that Nazism was rampant throughout Ukraine. Our government knew they were funding Nazis military training. 2 congressmen tried to stop it. They drafted an amendment to prevent it, it passed unanimously. Paul Ryan made sure it wasn’t in the final FY 2016 budget passed a month after the article indicating Nazis were being elected to office in Ukraine. Ryan knew the US gov had no process in place to ensure their training wasn’t happening. He exploded an unanimously passed amendment due to “Pentagon” pressure. Horseshit. Ryan knew they would need white supremacy problem so they went about creating it in Ukraine so they could import it as needed to feed the domestic white supremacy problem they would hang around the patriots neck.

All federal aid is political in nature. NOT HUMANITARIAN. Private investment in foreign countries have profit motives/shareholder accountability. Public aid in foreign countries exploits corruptions and incompetence. It’s not subject to same (weak) accountability if spent in US for US ppl. Profit motive was aim of foreign aid, enrich US via foreign investment. That’s gone. Cabal is using US wealth to subjugate all foreign governments to their control.

1958: Allan W. Dulles made a statement about the intelligence in US enjoyed, since 1947, “a more influential position in our government then intelligence enjoys in any other government in the world”. Well let's see....Durham filed a Motion To Compel back on April 6.

Despite the hundreds of thousands of documents that had been turned over by Hillary for America, the DNC, Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS and Neustar in repsonse to subpoenas from Durham's federal grand jury, a couple thousand documents were held back by all these parties because they invoked a claim of attorney/client privilege.

So Durham filed this Motion To Compel in which he requested an "in camera review".

That means the Judge and his staff review the documents in question and decided if the claim of privilege stands or fails.

If it stands, Durham doesn't get that particular document. If it fails, then the Judge will give the document to Durham.

What Hillary Clinton & the DNC, PC, Fusion, Joffe are trying to do is convince the judge NOT to grant this in camera review.

Just take their word for it without seeing any of these documents that the claims of a/c priv are genuine.

That's how dumb this current situation is.

Let me tell you what I suspect happened over the past 14 days since Durham filed that Motion To Compel via an in camera review.

What all these parties held back was the most damning stuff. The most incriminating documents.

Durham already knows what is in much of the remaining documents he's asking Judge Cooper to compel them to hand over.

In his filing Durham states out of exactly 1,445 documents Fusion is refusing to hand over while claiming a/c priv, only 18 have a lawyer involved in the communication.

Durham has flipped people that are cooperating. We don't know who they are yet except for "Researcher-2" from Georgia Tech, who was part of Joffe's private spy network working for Hillary Clinton and the DNC as they spied on private citizens and stole federal data in order to use it in Trump/Russia hoaxes.

"Researcher-2" is rumored to be David Dagon, for whom no picture can be found.

Durham is also trying to get immunity for a former Fusion GPS employee.

The people he flipped and are cooperating is how Durham knows what's in the documents these goons have been holding back to the bitter end.

But he waited until now to demand they give them up.
