The FEC investigated and found that Hillary For America and the DNC did not, in fact, hire Fusion GPS for 'legal and compliance consulting' but instead for opposition research.

If the FEC didn't believe Hillary for America and the DNC and Perkins Coie when they insisted that Fusion was hired for legal consulting rather than for opposition research [which ended up becoming the creation of Trump/Russia hoaxes] and fined them for the deception, why should the Court believe them when they file motions disputing Durham's Motion To Compel documents that are under federal subpoena by making dishonest claims of attorney client privilege?

Is it a federal felony to falsely assert a/c privilege in an attempt to hide documents from a grand jury? Documents that directly pertain to a criminal joint venture currently under investigation by federal prosecutors?
