Just to show you how ridiculous the latest smear campaign against @RealGenFlynn is ... the Biden Administration and Pentagon are using a dubious (to say the least) legal theory to spin a media narrative and legitimize a political persecution. Namely violations of the Emoluments Clause.

As TWP has reported in the past, the Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution, can be categorized in the same sphere as violations of the Logan Act of 1799 which no one with any knowledge of U.S. law takes seriously and are simply used as threats by politicians to target their political opponents.

🔹Andrew Berkowitz, 62, was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison, followed by 5 years supervised release, & was ordered to pay a $40K fine & $4 million in restitution, for running a prenoscription “pill mill” from his medical practice in Philadelphia "A+ Pain Management."
🔹Berkowitz will also forfeit fraud proceeds of approximately $3.4 million & 4 real properties.
🔹At every visit Berkowitz's patients received a “goodie bag” tote bag filled with prenoscription drugs that Berkowitz submitted pharmacy claims through his company. He received over $4,000 for each bag.
🔹The “goodie bags” included topical analgesics; muscle relaxers; anti-inflammatories; & controlled substances such as Tramadol for pain; and/or Eszopiclone & Quazepam for insomnia & anxiety.
🔹Berkowitz also prescribed oxycodone to patients in exchange for their approval that he would submit excessive claims to the patient’s insurer.
🔹From 2015 through 2018, Berkowitz obtained more than an estimated $4 million in fraudulent proceeds from his scheme.
🔹Berkowitz is obligated to also pay $1.8 million as a result of civil False Claims Act liability for false claims submitted to Medicare.

🚨Alabama: Former Church Youth Group Leader, Youth Travel Coach, Arrested Again After Second Victim Reports Sexual Abuse

🔹Former Hoover travel softball team coach, Meagan Billingsley Deese, 30, was charged in February with first-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse & enticing a child to enter a vehicle or house for an immoral purpose.
🔹After these charges were announced, an additional victim came forward saying Deese had sexually abused her for about a year, between 2018 & 2019.
🔹During investigation, detectives learned that Deese was a leader of the victim’s youth group at church when the abuse occurred. New warrants were issued against Deese for first-degree sexual abuse & attempted first-degree sodomy.
🔹Deese was taken into custody on Friday. She was released on Saturday after posting a $45,000 bond.

🔹Idris Dayo Mustapha, 32, a citizen of the United Kingdom, is charged with computer intrusion, securities fraud, money laundering, bank fraud and wire fraud, among other offenses.
🔹The charged crimes stem from a variety of criminal conduct between 2011 & 2018 in which Mustapha gained access to U.S.-based computers, including email servers & computers belonging to U.S. financial institutions, in order to steal money from bank accounts & securities brokerage accounts.
🔹As a result, Mustapha & co-conspirators realized financial gains while causing losses of more than $5 million to financial institutions, including brokerage firms.
🔹Mustapha was arrested in the U.K. in August 2021 & the U.S. is seeking his extradition to the Eastern District of New York.
