🚨Haitian Gang Leader Indicted on Charges in Connection with Kidnapping of 17 Missionaries🚨

🔹Joly Germine, 29, aka “Yonyon,” leader of the Haitian gang "400 Mawozo," has been indicted on charges in connection with October 2021 kidnapping of 17 Christian missionaries in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
🔹Most of the hostages were held captive for 61 days before escaping. Sixteen of the victims were U.S. citizens, including 5 children, one as young as 8 months old.
🔹Germine was previously charged in the U.S. with firearms trafficking. The Haitian govt transferred Germine into U.S. custody on May 3, on the basis of an arrest warrant in the firearms case. Now he also faces a charge of conspiracy to commit kidnapping.
🔹Per indictment, Germine exercised control over portions of 400 Mawozo's kidnapping operations, to include the ransom negotiation for the release of the hostages.

🔹Former Little Rock-based Drug Enforcement Administration supervisor Nathan Koen, 45, was sentenced to 135 months in federal prison, followed by 2 years of supervised release, for accepting bribes from a drug trafficker.

🚨Louisiana: Eight Defendants Indicted for Human Smuggling and Drug Conspiracy Offenses🚨

🔹Eight defendants were charged for their involvement in an international scheme to smuggle 24 undocumented people from Honduras into Louisiana aboard a boat called "Pop" which is owned by one of the defendants Carl Allison, of Pennsylvania.
🔹Defendant Josue Alexander Flores-Villeda, of Honduras, was also arrested for conspiring to possess with intent to distribute 24 kilograms of cocaine seized on this boat which the U.S. Coast Guard interdicted off the coast of Grand Isle, Louisiana, in February 2022.
🔹If convicted of the human smuggling offenses, each defendant faces up to 10 years in federal prison. If convicted of the drug conspiracy offense, Villeda faces between 10 years and life in prison.

A quick update on drop boxes. I have pushed to get rid of them all together, however we find ourselves with a one seat majority and an obstinate Paul Boyer. I am not satisfied with failure and having to use 2020 rules for the 2022 election. Therefore, I also have a plan B. I have created an invention and asked for a pilot program regarding a “smart” drop box.

This smart drop box does not tally your vote, it only logs in that your envelope has been received. Much like an ATM machine, there will be chain of custody and an inability to stuff a dropbox like people can now. It will have a camera like an ATM machine and it will limit one ballot per deposit.

We trust our cash and checks to an ATM machine. The machine with a camera, chain of custody, and the ability to deposit the cash into our own account and not someone else’s. If we can’t get rid of the boxes, then I demand a secure box to do so until we have enough Republicans to get rid of them all together. We cannot go back to 2020 rules.

I also will say that I am pressing for HB 2289 to be put on the board for a vote. Let’s see who is serious about this and who is not.

📍An Oklahoma man was arrested after hundreds of images of child pornography were found on a phone that belonged to him — but it was all part of a scheme hatched by his wife, investigators say.

📍The wife, Lacey Hucks, 33, and her friend Angel Moore, 44, are accused of working together to frame the husband, according to arrest affidavits.

📍Moore was arrested on charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime. Hucks was arrested on the same charges, plus an additional charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.

📍“It had to do with her getting her children back,” siad Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett. “If they could get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back.”

🔹In July 2019, just 2 months after being released from prison after serving 5 years for sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl, McCarty used a messaging app to communicate with a man who he believed was a father with access to young children.
🔹During communications McCarty distributed links containing over 1.8 gigabytes of images & videos, depicting the sexual abuse of children as young as toddlers.
🔹McCarty was arrested on July 19, 2019, and he has remained in custody.

🔹Zara Phythian & her husband Victor Marke have been found guilty of having sex with a 13-year-old girl and, in Marke's case, also sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.
🔹Phythian, 37, was convicted at the U.K.'s Nottingham Crown Court of 14 charges of sexual activity with a child between 2005 & 2008, starting when the girl was 13 years old.
🔹On top of the same 14 counts, Marke, 59, was found guilty of an additional 4 counts of indecent assault against another girl from 2002 to 2003, when she was 15 years old.
🔹The couple will be sentenced next week. Both had been free during the trial but were locked up after their conviction on Wednesday.
