📍"It's time for me to step aside and support someone who can win in the fall," Corman, the president pro tempore of the state Senate, said at a Thursday morning news conference.
📍Corman said Republicans have an opportunity to win against Josh Shapiro, the presumptive Democratic nominee.
📍The Pennsylvania primary election is May 17. Corman pointed out that his name will still be on the ballot, but asked supporters to vote for Barletta instead. "I even asked my mother last night to vote for Lou," he said.
