How is it that depositing a single dollar bill in an ATM requires an in your face camera, a password and an ID but depositing a ballot worth so much more requires so much less?

I mean, if we are really going to have deal with drop boxes long term….then they need to build it like at ATM. You need an account, a password and ID, there is a camera there and it only works ONCE for you every two years to make a single deposit.
