🚨Tennessee: Putnam County Commissioner Arrested On Child Pornography Charges🚨

🔹Putnam County Commissioner Jimmy Ray Neal, has been charged with possession, receipt, and distribution of child pornography.
🔹Neal, 57, who won the Republican nomination for another term earlier this month, was arrested at his home after federal agents executed a search warrant.
🔹Per criminal complaint: Neal was identified as an administrator of a group in the Kik app in which images of child pornography were viewed & shared.
🔹The investigation began in July 2021 with the arrest of an Oklahoma man on child porn charges. Other users in the Kik app group were identified, including “tennesseemaster,” later identified as Neal.
🔹If convicted, Neal faces a mandatory minimum of 5 years, up to 20 years in federal prison.

🔹Panama City Beach investigators arrested 21 men in a child sex trafficking sting dubbed Operation Rogue Wave. The operation was conducted from May 18 through May 22.
🔹Police said the charges include traveling to meet a minor for sex, solicitation of a child, & possession of child pornography. Warrants have been issued for 3 more men, who are being charged with soliciting a minor for sex.
🔹“There are detectives that work undercover on the internet and they pose as children. In most cases, we were posing as 14 or younger. And so these people find them, they’re out there literally searching the internet for your child. And they just happened to find us,” PCBPD Asst. Commander to Criminal Investigations Tommy Anderson said.
