🔹The former La Joya Independent School District (LJISD) assistant superintendent of Student Services has admitted to taking $28,000 in bribes.
🔹Jose Luis Morin, 41, pled guilty & agreed to forfeit $28,000. When Sentenced on April 19, Morin faces up to 5 years in federal prison.
🔹Per plea: Morin admitted to receiving $28,000 as bribes beginning in 2019 pertaining to "energy savings" contracts awarded to a company, job order contracts & facilitating the processing of pay applications related to those contracts. The school board approved the contracts Morin recommended.

⚖️This case against Morin is part of a major federal investigation on public corruption in Hidalgo County. Morin is the 6th person to plead guilty.

🚨Tennessee: 12 Men Arrested In Undercover Sex Trafficking Sting in Nashville

🔹A two-day undercover operation by human trafficking detectives with the Metro Nashville Police, has led to the arrest of 12 men.
🔹Police say 10 men arrived at a Nashville hotel in response to internet ads posted by undercover officers posing as young females. The men were charged with trafficking for a commercial sex act.
🔹A 2nd operation targeted people trafficking victims for commercial sex acts. Two men were charged with promoting prostitution: Keeden Montgomery & Jarvis L. Jones.
🔹Jones is also charged w/being a felon in possession of a handgun & drug possession w/intent to sell. Police recovered 5.5 grams of cocaine, 4.4 grams of heroin, 14 OxyContin pills, 9 grams of marijuana, 95 ecstasy pills, & a gun from Jones.

🚨Florida: Sarasota Man Wanted Since 2017 for Possession of Child Pornography Arrested in Mexico🚨

🔹John Pyle, 65, who fled to Mexico after being arrested on child pornography charges in 2016 is back in U.S. custody, police said Monday.
🔹Pyle was arrested Saturday and deported from Mexico to Miami. He is awaiting extradition back to Sarasota to face those charges from years ago, which include 15 counts of possession of child porn.
🔹Police say Pyle failed to show up for a court appearance in 2017. Over the years, the U.S. Marshals Florida/Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force Tampa Field Office eventually learned he was in Mérida, Mexico.
🔹Pyle was known in the Sarasota community for participating in patriotic and philanthropic races.

🚨Philadelphia Man Gets 15 Years in Federal Prison for Blowing Up ATM During 2020 BLM Riot🚨

🔹David Elmakayes, 26, was sentenced to 15 years in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release, for using an explosive device to damage an ATM machine & for illegally possessing a firearm.
🔹On June 3, 2020 during the BLM riots in Philadelphia Elmakayes used an explosive device to heavily damage an ATM on the sidewalk at 217 East Westmoreland Street. When he was arrested a short time later, police discovered that had 3 more explosive devices in his possession, as well as a .32 caliber pistol & other firearms.

Too late. You've already admitted that the only drug you've had all along was EUA by magically coming out with Comirnaty after all this time "for the holdouts." You've told all personnel in the DOD they'll never be compensated for their injuries as a result of it being EUA. The DOD says they have a religious accommodation process, but in practice, it's simply "theater" when it comes to the COVID shots.

This is part of our argument in the brief we filed at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of two service members in Navy SEAL 1 v. Austin who were granted a preliminary injunction for being denied religious exemptions from the COVID shot mandate. The Department of Defense (DOD) appealed the injunction to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition to these two plaintiffs from the Navy and the Marines, Liberty Counsel continues to pursue class certification to protect all service members.
