* LTE tile: Remove oreo style slashes
* Support more Network modes for LTE-tile
* Added Q animations from beta 4
* QS Footer reworks with some beautiful bottom border (with gradient effect)
* Added 5 more Styles for QS
* Status bar padding adjustment
* Update some default actions for hwkeys
* Bring back less notification sounds
* Allow to suppress notifications sound/vibration if screen is On
* Shutdown/Restart message is also accent dependent now
* Reduced delay for screenshot
* SmartCharging: allow user set resume level
