➡️ The Portuguese Conservative government will notify 18,000 illegal immigrants to leave the country.

➡️ The Brazilian Embassy in Portugal is closely monitoring the issue and is in contact with the Portuguese authorities to obtain information on the exact number of Brazilians affected.

➡️ The Minister of the Presidency of the Portuguese government, António Leitão Amaro (PSD, Christian Democrats), stated last Saturday (3/5) that the immigrants who must leave the country had their residency applications denied by the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (Aima), after a period of analysis, for not complying with local rules.
