• India has launched six ballistic missiles from Adampur. One of them landed within the base itself, while five struck the general vicinity of Amritsar. “India is targeting its own population and the Sikh community; this is a provocation of the highest order.”
• India has also launched air-to-surface missiles from its aircraft, targeting the Nur Khan, Mureed, and Shorkot airbases. “All our strategic assets remain safe and secure.”
• Most of the Indian missiles were successfully intercepted by Pakistan’s air defense systems. “Those that made it through caused no significant damage to Pakistan Air Force infrastructure.”
• “We possess the electronic signatures of all the launched missiles, including their points of origin and intended targets.”
