Iowa, as well as other states in the Midwest, have some of the highest cancer rates in the nation. Rates of other degenerative diseases like Parkinson's are also very high.

For sinus infections: 3-4 drops under the tongue (hold for about 20-30 seconds, then swallow) every few hours when you feel a cold or cough coming on
On the skin: rub it on feet every day after showering. Sometimes I'll put a drop or two in my shoes/cleats to keep them fresh.
& I've known people to have great success for psoriasis, eczema, and seb derm (dandruff). Also a great Candida killer internally.
Conscious Strength Oregano Oil is already diluted with MCT oil, though you may need to dilute more depending on how you use it. It can be potent for some.
It's important to get the Mediterranean Oregano, as this is the kind with high cavracol levels (the bioactive phenol). Some Oregano that people use (like the cooking herb) are Mexican Oregano, otherwise known as Mexican bush sage.
