- Bumped version to v14.5-Mutate

Here is what we added in this tiny Update

- Added the much-needed Gaming Mode from a10
- Added Long Screenshot Stitch Image (still in WIP tho)
- Added a whole New Volume Panel UI from AOSPA following your favorite accent colors <3
- Added new tile for Themes - Now u can easily change the themes from QS
- Added new tile for Dark and Light Theme
- Long pressing settings from QS will fly you to Raven Lair settings :)
- Added HeadsUp blacklists notifications
- Extended battery bolt icon for Solid battery style
- We have a call recorder by default in Vanilla builds now
- Added backseat to homescreen icons in launcher

What we managed to fix? Here's the overview

- Fixed Running Services from QS panel
- Fixed recent kill app button
- LockscreenCharging: Calculate power from voltage and current
- Reverted secondary home handle
- Fixed a bug in the USAP Pool refill logic
- Fixed initialization of USER_ROTATION setting
