Before the formation of the Israel Defense Forces in 1948, there were three underground Zionist militias: the Haganah, the Irgun, and the Lehi. They differed in tactics and beliefs and at times fought with each other, but together they terrorized Palestinian villages and executed attacks and bombings against the British to force them to give up control of the land. They blew up hotels in Jerusalem, embassies in Europe, and assassinated a UN mediator. After Israel was officiated as a state, the three militias would create the IDF, and their leaders would go on to form Israel's government and become politicians, ambassadors, and prime ministers. And their dark history would be forgotten. This week on The Big Picture, we unpack that history.

De Facto Statelessness and Constructive Refoulement
LRG Admin (Adam - me) currently holds no legal status in Bulgaria and faces ongoing risk of deportation. Bulgaria rejected my asylum application in manifest violation of Directive 2011/95/EU, the 1951 Refugee Convention, and ECHR Article 3, rendering me functionally stateless, trapped in a country that will neither protect my rights nor permit legal mobility. The conditions meet the threshold of constructive refoulement: I am confined without recourse, at risk of torture, and denied the ability to flee.
I possess prima facie (upon initial examination, there exists sufficient corroborating evidence to support a case) evidence of:
༒ Torture — UNCAT Art. 1; ECHR Art. 3
༒ Enforced Disappearance - Rome Statute Art. 7(1)(i)
༒ Medical Deprivation amounting to Cruel and Inhuman Treatment
༒ Total and Systematic Denial of Due Process - in the UK, Bulgaria, and the United Nations
༒ Cross-Jurisdictional Obstruction of Remedy, across all legal vectors and institutions.
I shall be submitting a formal petition for emergency humanitarian asylum to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Sofia, supported by:
༺ My full UNCAT submission and annexes;
༺ Evidence of torture, enforced disappearance, and legal exclusion;
༺ Certification of PTSD and ongoing threat to life;
༺ Proof of systemic obstruction by UN institutions.
I have exhausted domestic and conventional international remedies. I am now operating under the final jurisdiction of moral and legal decency, non-aligned states and emergency diplomacy.
