Leaked FBI Document Reveals Jeffrey Epstein's Secret History as an FBI Informant
Radar obtained documents confirming Jeffrey Epstein was an FBI informant, exposing his ties to federal authorities.
Jeffrey Epstein was secretly working with the U.S. government, according to bombshell documents obtained by RadarOnline
The late tycoon and pedophile, who died in jail in 2019 aged 66 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, was "more than just protected – he was a puppet, informant and spy for the FBI," added an intelligence agency source.
A 2008 internal file obtained through a successful Freedom of Information Act lawsuit shows Epstein was operating as an FBI informant before his now-infamous 2007 sweetheart plea deal.
“Epstein has also provided information to the FBI as agreed upon,” a special agent whose name was redacted wrote on an internal cable dated Sept. 9, 2008, marked “ROUTINE.”
It added: “Case agent advised that no federal prosecution will occur in this matter as long as Epstein continues to uphold his agreement with the State of Florida.”
The Deal
That bargain, struck with the Department of Justice when Epstein was facing potential federal charges for trafficking minors across state lines, allowed him to plead guilty to reduced state-level charges in Florida, serving just 13 months in jail, much of it under work release.
The agreement was infamous not only for its leniency but also for granting immunity to Epstein's alleged co-conspirators and for being concluded before all of his victims had even been interviewed or his electronics seized by authorities.
At the heart of the deal was Alex Acosta, then US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. Acosta, now 56, would later resign as Donald Trump's Labor Secretary after scrutiny of his role in the Epstein case intensified.
Acosta claimed he had been told to back off Epstein. He said: "I was told Epstein 'belonged to intelligence' and to leave it alone."
Files confirmed the FBI protected Epstein for years.
The uncovered FBI suggest his claims may have been the tip of the iceberg when it came to Epstein's involvement with the feds.
The full memo said: “On 9/11/08, case agent advised writer that Epstein is currently being prosecuted by the State of Florida and is complying with all conditions of his please with the State of Florida. Epstein has also provided information to the FBI as agreed upon. Case agent advised that no federal prosecution will occur in this matter as long as Epstein continues to uphold his agreement with the State of Florida. Case agent also advised that no further forfeiture assistance will be required for this case. Case agent is requested to contact writer in the event this matter moves forward on a federal level.”
The file now pushes the timeline of his ties to the FBI back even further than was initially suspected.
A source close to the case told this masthead: "These are the smoking gun documents. They show Epstein was an active source for the FBI way before his plea deal in 2007."

A 40-kilometer trench will appear on the border with Russia in 2027.
The ditch will complement natural barriers — the Narva River and Lake Peipus. In swampy areas it won’t be needed at all: enemy equipment won’t be able to pass there anyway, explained General Staff representative Aivar Afanasyev.
Earlier, Estonia installed gates on the Narva bridge, while Lithuania began building similar fortifications on its border with Belarus.

It is insanely important to remind ourselves that those celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk aren’t just random civilians but are members of the police, military and intelligence services. The left’s eagerness for violence is not a fringe issue restricted to some nurses on TikTok and university lecturers but it is an endemic feature of modern left wing politics that has metastasised into every critical field across the West.
Noticer News exposed that members of an Australian police force were caught on tape saying they wanted to shoot nationalists - months before the same force was caught celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk. In both cases, within the same police force, a violently anti-White, anti-Western left-wing ideology was clearly present within the institution itself. Despite the audio’s release in May, SAPOL has taken no confirmed disciplinary action against the unidentified officers, allowing this violent anti-nationalist mindset to fester unchecked, until it resurfaced in the same force’s celebration of Kirk’s death.
Countless instances like this microcosm are repeating across Australia, the Anglosphere and greater Europe. We have been compromised from within and cannot afford to continue our complacency. The ideology that drives police officers to desire shooting nationalists is the same that celebrates Kirk’s death. This violent left wing ideology must be driven out of the places that hold authority over our lives before it surfaces with even more confidence.
Inspiration for what Trump and the American right could do has been drawn from the historical Tailhook scandal, which the left at the time seized upon as a pretext to force sweeping structural changes to the United States military. But Kirk’s assassination isn’t some scandal for domestic American politics - it is an existential flash point for the West. We can no longer tolerate having our institutions stacked by enemies who have made it clear they want us dead. A decisive removal of the violent leftist ideological partisans who currently infest our governments is required. If we fail to act, the same forces that celebrated Kirk’s death will only grow bolder and more entrenched.
