👉 A new “landmark” deal gives the vaccine syndicate cover to expand its failed mRNA platform “in areas like oncology, obesity, vaccines, and inflammation and immunology.”

♦️ Pfizer must offer most-favored-nation (MFN) pricing for Medicaid and new drugs—up to 85% off

♦️ It will join Donald Trump’s direct-to-consumer platform, TrumpRx, letting patients snag big savings

♦️ In return, Pfizer gets a three-year break from Trump’s threatened drug tariffs—if it boosts US manufacturing with a $70B investment

➡️ Trump lavished praise on his “friend” Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla—who openly lied about vaccine efficacy.

➡️ He thanked him for “brilliant” work, and investing billions to deploy a “safe” mRNA platform.

♦️ Pfizer and its partner BioNTech are still involved in patent litigation concerning their COVID-19 vaccines

♦️ It has faced other legal and antitrust issues unrelated to COVID

Pfizer’s deadly legacy:

♦️ mRNA shots alone were responsible for a minimum of 470,000 American deaths, a Florida surgeon general study indicated in 2024

♦️ Study of 1.47M Florida adults by MIT Professor Retsef Levi & the Florida surgeon general found Pfizer is significantly more deadly than Moderna—all-cause death: +37%; non-COVID death: +35%

🔴 Pfizer “should not be used in any Human Beings,” Florida’s Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo claimed, adding:

"And you know there's some people who are trying to put them in animals too...and I think many of us wouldn't want to eat that food."

The new deal is yet another reminder that the game’s rigged, and Big Pharma always wins.

Pfizer shares were up 6.8%, and the stock was headed for its largest percent increase since May of 2024.
