Absolutely disgusting and a further sign of the total corruption of our judicial system. The same judge Steven Everett jailed a 53 year old woman for 15 months for a single Facebook post on the Southport disorder.
"The 10-week prison sentence of Mike Amesbury MP has been suspended on appeal. The appeal of the 55-year-old MP for Runcorn and Helsby was heard at Chester Crown Court on Thursday, 27th February 2025. HHJ Steven Everett, the Honorary Recorder of Chester, presided over the appeal."

🇮🇱🇸🇾 - Senior officials at the official Syrian Television channel have informed their employees of an update regarding their reference to Israel.
The channel's employees were instructed not to use the terms 'the Israeli enemy' or 'the Zionists', and to adopt the terms 'Israel' or 'the Israeli army' in reports, including those concerning events in Syria.
A check of the station's Telegram channel shows that the last use of the phrase 'Israeli enemy' was on December 5, just days before the fall of Bashar Al-Assad.
