We hit a weird problem:
Our Character Engine worked beautifully. Communities loved it. Marty even fooled people into thinking he was human. 🤖
But when outsiders heard “chatbot,” they thought boring, robotic tool. Sales hit a wall—not because the product wasn’t good, but because we couldn’t show the difference.
Now we’ve built the missing piece: a way to demonstrate, not explain.
Instead of pitching, we let people feel the flow, the memory, the design work that makes Character Engine real.
Result?
• Easier to sell.
• Easier to close.
• Revenue doors open.
The tech was never the blocker. The story was. Now both are aligned.

Now every team member can create and ship custom models—not just the guru.
That means:

For $CRAFT holders: a real dashboard of holdings + a gamified layer for being active with our products and community.

The problem wasn’t demand.
Custom Image Engine: huge interest, but bottlenecked—only Benny could train models.
Character Engine: loved by communities, but hard to show the difference → slowed sales.
The fix: internal tools.
Character Studio → lets our team train + deploy characters, demo them live, and close faster.
Image Model Studio → takes Benny’s workflow, automates it, and hands model training to the whole team.
This unlocks:
✅ Faster fulfillment
✅ Team in full sales mode
✅ Revenue flow, not stuck in bottlenecks
Big lesson: design the sales process from day one. That’s how the Crafter Bot and future products scale smoother.
