🔮🟢Empire Capital released L1 blockchain called EMPIRE, which has 7 validators under ECC's control that will later turn into Proof of Stake (currently Proof of Authority). The chain itself is fast, has low fees and they're aiming to be the connector chain (i.e. move from X to Y chain). EmpireDEX will also feature Cross Chain Swaps for this very reason to make a smooth and cheap transition between different chains possible.
