New bullish configuration approaching on $SOL

As you can see, $SOL is very quickly approaching sell side liquidity, which means that a big liquidation will take place soon.

-> What should you watch out for?

The price reaction after this liquidation. A new OHLC will be created weekly, which could create a new bullish configuration.

Other then the sell side liquidity, we also have a key level just below, which corresponds to a disinterested zone. If the price does not find a counterpart at this level, it could form a temporary bottom to go back up to look for liquidity.

I am still waiting for confirmations on the key level before validating the scenario.

Bullish sign for $SOL following $BTC after its liquidation?

I warned you about a potential new bullish configuration on the new OHLC weekly, and it is starting to take shape.

As expected, the price reacts in LTF at the announced key level (disinterest zone). A local bottom is being created in this zone where the price did not find a counterpart.

What to watch for now?

-The high around ~$131 visible on the left part of the graph.

If $SOL breaks this high with momentum and a strong close in HTF, it would be a big bullish confirmation.

Will keep an eye on $SOL.
