Since hitting the new ATH at $118k, $BTC has been accumulating between $118k and $117k, and that’s actually a very good sign, let me explain why:

This accumulation phase is creating both buy and sell-side counterparties, which allows for the injection of larger orders.

In the current setup, depending on which side gets liquidated first (buy side or sell side), I’ll be able to determine whether the next leg will be bullish or bearish.

For a bullish leg, we’d ideally need the price to follow the scenario I mapped out on the chart:

First, a sell-side liquidity grab, which would generate more selling pressure. This provides the buy-side counterparties needed to push higher.

Then, a mitigation of a key level (such as an orderblock or FVG), followed by the start of a new leg to the upside.

Lets hope.
