While SOL coin are under performing right now, I am looking to throw some bids at some ETH plays.

$ETH is currently sitting around $3500 after Powell’s NFP announcement.

The price retraced sharply with momentum down to the $3500 level, and is now consolidating around it. This move was expected, the NFP acted as an accelerator, pushing the price back to this key zone.

What’s next?

-First, we’ll likely see a sell-side liquidity sweep around $3500,

-After that, the logical move would be a push back up towards $4000 to target the buy-side liquidity.

Keep in mind that the price can’t always only go straight up or down, it needs to build counterparty liquidity to create healthy and sustainable moves.

$SOL is hovering around $160, should you be panicking?

It’s now reaching an interesting level: a structural reconnection zone. The logical next step would be for the price to re-accumulate, then push higher to build a healthier bullish structure.

First target: around $210, to break above the previous structural high.

After taking that level, $SOL could grab the buy-side liquidity just above (marked on the chart).

From there, we may see a slight retracement before continuing upward.

I remain bullish on the overall crypto market:

-$TOTAL3 is performing well,

-$BTC.D is behaving as expected,

-Alts are moving in sync with BTC’s retracements.

As I mentioned yesterday in the $ETH analysis, this retracement was necessary. The context allowed for these liquidations, creating seller counterparties, which is crucial to fuel healthier buy-side moves and build a fairer price structure.
