You can notice on the same chart that this exact setup already happened before: price built a bearish accumulation channel, came back into a fair value gap, and then deployed a bullish leg.

Right now, we are seeing the exact same setup: price is forming its bearish accumulation channel, and has already come back into a fair value gap, filling it 100% just like the previous setup. A liquidity wick has also been left behind, which indicates a potential bullish reversal on LTF. If confirmed, price could first show strength on LTF and then deploy the HTF bullish leg.

Targets:
-Short term: $5.00
-Extended: $5.40

For now, on LTF there are no bearish reversal signals everything still points towards continuation to the upside.

Remember, $SUI has been one of the best-performing alts in past months and even last year. It created a bottom at $1.70 by tapping into a rejection block, and since then this bottom has been protected while price continues grinding higher toward new ATHs.

As you can see, a massive bullish leg is preparing to take place for $ETH. There are several possible scenarios, but I’ll explain the two most probable ones that I expect in the coming days or weeks.

Scenario 1 (most likely):

A liquidation of the bottom around $4,000, followed by a push to the upside.

Currently, $ETH is forming a bearish accumulation channel. Inside this channel, sell-side counterparties are created to allow new buy-side liquidity injections. Technically speaking, every time price comes down to the lower part of the accumulation, it gets heavily bought up. In other words, sellers are being absorbed by buyers.

So, the most likely move would be a liquidity sweep of the $4k level. This would generate strong sell-side pressure, which in turn creates massive buy-side counterparties, allowing big liquidity injections to fuel the next bullish leg. With this setup, $ETH could potentially reach $5k by the end of the year, or even in the coming months.

Scenario 2 (also probable):

The $4k bottom is protected instead of being liquidated. Price could hold this strong, well-built bottom and move higher directly after a final sweep of liquidity wicks created during the bearish accumulation. In this case, we might see a dip toward $4,100 before an explosive bullish momentum resumes.

Either way, a strong bullish move is coming for $ETH in my opinion.
