It is BlackCoin. Reason why I think this is next: It is low volume coin ( around 50 BTC = perfect volume ), BlackCoin team is working on Hardfork and it is amazing news for uptrend. Chart looks amazing too because it is close to bottom. So, this is coin which you have to buy with but with risk because anything is not a 100% guaranteed.
