Sell off continues towards our targets at $31200 and $29500.

Bitcoin reached the first target in this correction.

Our forecast is still looking amazing, everything has been reached as we said so far.

At this moment, I'm not bearish nor bullish on Bitcoin.

I do expect to see an attempt towards $40k but that's not the beginning of the next part of the bull cycle but just a continuation of consolidation in this area between $30k and $40k.

MATIC Technical Analysis

I got a lot of questions about this coin so here's my opinion.

This coin made an amazing performance in the first half of 2021 but it doesn't mean you should buy just because of that hoping that hopium will continue.

On the chart is marked safe entry zone.

It will be reached sooner or later.

Fundamentally Matic is very strong but the hype is what made this coin go parabolic and hype ends sooner or later and then bag holders start worrying and dumping their bags.

That's the moment when drops will happen and reach this area.

Be patient.

Update on ADA/USD

We're still in a bullish trend but in case we get daily close below $1.3, we'll get first lower low for months and that could spаrk the continuation of that drop.

Paul Tudor said Bitcoin is good for portfolio diversification. He want 5% in Gold, Bitcoin, Cash and commodities each. This is a good sign.

MicroStrategy completed the $500 million raise to buy Bitcoin. We will see an official announcement from MicroStrategy about how much BTC they aquired using these funds in coming days.

MicroStrategy looking to raise another $1 Billion by selling stocks to buy Bitcoin. MicroStrategy recently successfully raised $500 Million in bond notes to buy BTC. With $1.5 Billion, MicroStrategy can buy approx 37,000 BTC at average rate of $40,000.

Cardano (ADA) is currently in the safe zone even though it hit the resistance.

We're not expecting some big moves next 2-3 days.

Ethereum is currently in a tricky situation.

If it closes below $2090 which is currently the previous higher low, we can get the first lower low in months which can trigger selloff continuation towards the next support at $1730.

ETH is bouncing from the previous higher low which is a pretty good sign for all the bulls in the market since we keep that level as support.

Let's see if we're going to get higher close which would be really good.

Bitcoin reacting very well to the support area of the previous lower low.

This could mean few bullish days in the market.

As it stands so far, the beginning of the week should be green.

Our latest forecast didn't go as I expected since I forgot to look at the weekly timeframe which doesn't look that bullish.

On this timeframe, next two targets are $31 200 and $29 500 with a chance of reaching $25 000 (EMA 100)

Bearish daily close ended up consolidation for ADA in bears favour.

What can we expect next?

Well, with this price action, we are definitely targeting a test of $1, probably even lower.

Cardano (ADA/USD pair) is back in the safe zone for bulls.

The test of the green zone at $1 was successful and very needed because gave us confirmation that we have very strong support at $1.

Need few more daily closes above daily EMA 100 so we can start building the new trend to the upside.
