Updated: We're deploying 3 new servers and will extend the maintenance duration to 24 hours. So the updated downtime will be 16:00 UTC 23/12/2021 to 16:00 24/12/2021. Hopefully everybody won't be having lag and congestion tomorrow, however we can't be 100% sure. Yesterday we had 37,000+ captains playing at the same time. Today we had 44,000+. Tomorrow we don't know. Should we stop $CSHIP from getting on DEXTools trending until we can make sure that our servers can handle your love?

Since the downtime is exactly 1 day, you will have 11 day of free oil instead of 10. This won't affect our economy as you might think because we're expecting our captains to open a lot more ships. The more ships you have, the more $CSHIP you save from refueling, isn't it?

Next updates include name changing, registration plate number re-rolling and on-chain staking pools.

Our servers might be back online much sooner than 16:00 UTC today, however as we previously said, we can't be 100% sure that the extra servers can handle 44,000+ captains at once. We will still be looking for the most optimal solution after this maintenance.

It is recommended to wait for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hour or even a few hours after our servers are online again to login and play because it helps to distribute the traffics overtime and lag/congestion can be prevented. If doesn't really matter that much if you complete your race on 16:00, 17:00 or 18:00 because there will still be a random delay between 5 minutes - 2 hours after you make your withdraw request (will be enabled on 28/12 due to 24 hours maintenance today) until $CSHIP is distributed to your wallets. Distributed, because we pay the gas to send $CSHIP to your wallets.

Our goal is to keep $CSHIP price in a certain range so you can calculate your ROI in term of USD more correctly. We're not looking to pump $CSHIP to 2, 3, 5 etc... to be honest. It only benefits traders/scalpers. It harms newcomers and we can't last long without new people joining and playing. Listing on some major CEXes is also being re-considered because we believe most users on those CEXes won't play our game. The ones who play tend to swap on PancakeSwap/PooCoin instead. More details on this will be revealed.

We randomized everybody's remaining time until the next refuel, so the lag/congestion issue will be prevented hopefully. If you haven't refueled before the maintenance, you will be able to refuel right after our game is online. We believe this is a fair solution for everyone.

Airdrop winners will start receiving their tokens in their game accounts from 00:00 UTC 25/12/2021. We expect to complete distributing all airdrop tokens in 24 hours, so it should be done by 00:00 UTC 26/12/2021. Why don't we distribute them at once but do it manually and slowly? Because we love suffering.

Expect another maintenance in the next few days when we finally migrate our servers. The current ones are 8 VCPUs/32GB RAM/240GB NVME SSD. The new one (not s, there will be only one) will be 48 VCPUs/192 GB RAM/960 GB NVME SSD. We're waiting for our supplier's approval (https://hetzner.com/).

After the removal, any account with negative $CSHIP balance will automatically be blacklisted.
