Shell CEO Ben van Beurden sold 190,000 shares a day before they hit their highest level since January 2020. (Reuters)
The $5.2 million decision to cash in was “a private matter” a company spokesperson said.

El Salvador’s initial $1 billion bitcoin bond issue will take place between March 15 and March 20, Finance Minister Alejandro Zelaya said Tuesday.
Speaking on Salvadoran TV show "Frente a Frente", Zelaya said the bond will be launched on Liquid, a bitcoin-based service created by Blockstream, and come with a 6.5% coupon.

While Cardano peaked at $17.15B in transactions, Bitcoin came in second at $15.1B followed by Ethereum at $8.64B. It is however important to note the difference between "Transaction volume" and "Adjusted transaction volume".
While transaction volume simply denotes the total value moved on a particular blockchain network, adjusted transaction volume is essentially a way to fairly compare UTXO style transaction volume with account-based transaction volume.

The European Commission says it will propose a bill to create a digital euro in 2023 – setting out the legal foundation for ongoing work by the European Central Bank.

Local fishing and conservation groups said Monday the project was pushed through without enough – or any – input from the community.
The process is expected around month and a half, as fishermen are being told to stay at least one nautical mile away from cable-laying vessels.

In his reporting Andrzejewski used the Freedom of Information Act to reveal Fauci’s annual pay, which led to a lawsuit, after he received only redacted documents.
