Calling all WFH warriors, chill-out champions, half-asleep parents of toddlers…
We need you. More specifically, food charities need you. The loss of thousands of jobs, and the fear brought on by furloughs has led to a massive spike in demand. The real heroes…

Our recent email regarding Revolut
You may have seen the changes Revolut’s making to their FX fees and cashback program starting August 12th. The email that we sent out on Monday was just a quick reminder that when using your Revolut card through Curve, you benefit from Curve’s great FX rates (more information here).
Plus, if you’re eligible for Curve Cash (read more here), you’ll earn 1% on your spending at your chosen retailers - win win!
Just to clarify, you won’t earn any extra cashback outside of Curve Cash for spending with your Revolut card through Curve.

Wirecard Update
Dear Customers,
We would like to address the current situation with Wirecard, who is a partner to Curve.
As you may be aware from recent announcements, Curve is moving its card issuing relationship to Mastercard, which includes moving our e-Money in-house. We had planned to move our e-money customers (ie: Curve cardholders) in-house by June 28th, which was communicated to you on the 28th of April. Please rest assured, we are doubling down our efforts to complete the full transition in the coming weeks.
In terms of your cards, which say “issued by Wirecard” - these will continue to function without issue. We are taking over the management of the cards on the network and your eMoney accounts with Curve in a seamless manner without the need to re-issue cards. This is a standard industry practice and won’t be impacted by whatever the future may hold for Wirecard.
We are in constant contact with senior executives at Wirecard, with Mastercard and regulators to mitigate any possible impact to you and our business with Wirecard and we are keeping close to developments.

Wirecard Updates
YOUR CURVE CARD IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED - PLEASE CARRY A BACK-UP
Dear Curve Customers,
Your Curve card and all associated Curve transaction and money transfer services will be temporarily suspended with immediate effect. Please be assured, we expect to be up and running again shortly but it may take a few days. Your money and card details held at Curve are safe and secure.
This has happened because the Financial Conduct Authority* has this morning suspended its permission for Wirecard Card Solutions Limited (the company who currently issues Curve Cards) to operate, without prior notice. This action is not related to Curve - but Curve currently depends on Wirecard for operation of the Curve card.
We are already well on the way to migrating away from Wirecard but have not fully completed this process. We are now working round the clock to achieve the migration as quickly as possible and therefore expect this disruption to last for only a limited period of time.
We will continue to communicate the details of what this means for you during this interim period.
For now, please carry a backup card.
We’ll be back,
Team Curve
*Curve currently relies on Wirecard Card Solutions Limited for all its financial transactions. Until we fully migrate, we are impacted by this suspension (as are all Wirecard’s other clients to whom they provide financial transaction services).

Is my Curve Card still valid… It says ‘issued by Wirecard’?
Yes, it’s still valid. You can still use your card, even though Wirecard’s name is still on it. And, if you’re a customer getting a new card, it will likely still say “issued by Wirecard” on the back and that’s OK.
If not Wirecard then who?
We are 100% Wirecard-free after the migration work we did this weekend. Wirecard used to be our card issuer, but we brought that in-house and are doing that ourselves now, as a Principal Member of Mastercard.
