Resolved - Between 12:43 to 13:24 UTC, we experienced a disruption to our service, which caused some of our customers to receive declines when making payments. This issue has now been fixed and transactions are being processed as normal. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Secure or secure?! Mistakes happen, and if you ever misplace your Curve card, you can remain pretty chill about it knowing you can just lock it in the Curve app.

If any Cruve transactions are (randomly) declined by your bank (due to suspected fraud), here's what you can do;

- Send Curve an email at support@imaginecurve.com
- Provide the BIN of the card that you tried to add/use and reference any transactions that were rejected (amount and retailer).
- Use the code word “Community Investigation” so that they can easily find your messages.
