Drawing inspiration from Sergei Parajanov's 1969 film The Color of Pomegranates, the author delves into the pomegranate, examining its texture, color, shape, and properties to craft new works of art.

Design House Colombia

NC Diseño, a new headquarter of NC Arte, has transformed a townhouse in Bogotá into an exhibition space for 10 Colombian designers and design studios.

The designers were invited to represent the rooms throught the personal inhabiting experience in the home. Each space also contains a locally created art object.

Leda

A chair can be used even to sit on, but only on one condition: That we sit uncomfortably.


The BD designers manufactured the Leda sculpture-armchair and the Leda sculpture-table that were designed by Salvador Dali in his "Femme à tête de roses" (1935).

The idea was not to create functional furniture, but to embody art in three-dimensional space.
