Protests in DC ramping up after MPD shot and killed 18 year old Deon Kay in the back as he was running.

Crowd outside of MPD district 7 has grown to around 200-300, demanding justice for young Deon Kay who was brutally murdered in the streets by MPD earlier this evening. Line of bike police stand between protestors and the PD. No escalation between police and protestors so far.
