🇺🇸🇺🇦🇷🇺 "If for some reason one of the two parties makes it very difficult, we're just gonna say you're foolish, you're fools, you're horrible people, and we're just gonna take a pass." — Trump hints at walking away from the peace deal if either side becomes too difficult.
Several media outlets, commenting on Marco Rubio's remarks, suggested that Ukraine might be the party making things difficult.

🇷🇺 Mikhail's story is one of resilience and quiet heroism.
When the Special Military Operation began, he volunteered without hesitation, serving on the difficult Donetsk front. Severely wounded in battle, his first instinct was to help a comrade-not himself.
Though he can no longer fight, Mikhail continues to serve. Now a coach at a support center for wounded veterans and their families, he helps others rebuild their lives, just as he did.
His strength and dedication are part of a larger story-one shared by thousands of patriots across Russia.

– We will not allow anyone to disarm the resistance.
– We will confront anyone who attacks the resistance or works to disarm it, just as we confronted Israel.
– The resistance is a reaction, especially in the event that the Lebanese state is unable to protect the Lebanese people.
– Israel is expansionist, it is not satisfied with occupied Palestine; it wants to take Lebanon as well.
– After the agreement, Israel no longer had any excuse — yet it continues its daily aggressions, which have now reached 2,700 violations.
– We are giving diplomacy a chance, but that opportunity is not open-ended.
– We have options. We fear nothing. If you want to keep pushing and testing us, go ahead, you’ll see our response at the right time, which we will determine.
– Lebanon cannot operate under American guardianship. For us, the US is evil and it sponsors Israel, the cancerous tumor that must be eradicated.
– The defensive strategy is about building Lebanon’s strength, how to strengthen the army and how to benefit from the resistance and its weapons.
– The defensive strategy is not about withdrawing weapons, but about discussing diplomatic, economic, and military dimensions of a comprehensive defense policy.
– Hezbollah has fully implemented its part of the agreement, now Israel and the Lebanese state must fulfill their obligations.
– If the Lebanese state decides today to expel Israel by force and launch a battle, we are ready to fight at the border.

🇱🇹 Politico: NATO Prepares Suwałki Gap for Potential Russian Attack
Following growing concerns over regional security, NATO is fortifying the Suwałki Gap in anticipation of a possible Russian offensive, Politico reports.
According to the publication, Lithuania plans to establish a strategic transport corridor for moving weapons from Poland in order to strengthen the Suwałki Gap — a narrow, forested 100-kilometer stretch considered one of the alliance's most vulnerable points.
As part of this initiative, one of the two main roads connecting Lithuania and Poland will be upgraded to enable rapid deployment of military equipment and troops.
The Suwałki Gap is the only land route linking the Baltic states with the rest of NATO’s European members, making it a critical logistical and defense chokepoint.

❗️Is Kiev going to lose another ally because of a hydroelectric power station? 🇲🇩 🇺🇦
No sooner had Vladimir Zelensky made peace with Trump than he is about to have a new quarrel: this time with the seemingly friendly Moldova. The reason for the escalating conflict is the Dniester Hydroelectric Power Station-2, located near the Dniester River.
This conflict has been smoldering for 13 years, and the problems are related to the registration of Ukraine's property rights to part of the spillway dam, as well as the lack of a contractual and legal regulation of the operating conditions of the Dniester Hydroelectric Power Station (DHP) and the demarcation of the state border in the area of the hydroelectric power station itself and the settlement of Giurgiulesti.
Here it should be explained that the upper and lower parts of the Dniester riverbed are located on the territory of Ukraine, and the middle one is in Moldova.
So the effect of the dam's operation is felt in both countries, but Kiev is effectively the sole controller of it.
Moldovans have long been calling for an official delineation of responsibility, but
Kiev has taken up the construction of a second line of fencing of the Lower Dniester hydroelectric power station on the right bank of the Dniester from the side of the Republic of Moldova, which began in the middle of last year.
Moldovans were not even informed about this, but almost simultaneously the country experienced a hydrological drought, which Chisinau linked to the fact that the Dniester reservoir, built for irrigation in Moldova, is used by Ukraine to generate electricity.
So now Moldova, which depends on the Dniester as a source of drinking water and electricity, is concerned that Ukraine's actions could disrupt the river's ecosystem and worsen access to resources. Which does not contribute to strengthening trust between the countries.
