Mastery of the Mind
"Give me the first seven years of a child and I'll give you the man".
- Francis Xavier (1506-1552) Jesuit founder -
While many people are aware of this saying, I believe that few are aware of its meaning and its true impact on your life, but especially how we have come to believe that this world and life works.
In short, the Jesuits were aware of something that science has only recognized in recent years.
This saying expresses a simple fact; between the last trimester of pregnancy and the first seven years of life, a child's brain operates predominantly on a theta, low vibration, lower than that of consciousness.
A brain is an organic 'computer', simply a very advanced information processor. By the last trimester of pregnancy, a child's brain is provided with an operating system. Although a computer can be booted with the operating system, it is still not functional. To be workable, programs must be downloaded into the system.
For example, if you want to use a computer to write, draw or create a spreadsheet, you must install programs before you can use the computer. The programs essentially give the computer a 'character'.
After the programs are installed on the hard drive, we can use the keyboard / mouse to provide our input in creating files and documents. Some programs actually work automatically in the background while we input our creative data into other programs.
The programmer of our own life.
When comparing the brain to a computer, the hard drive boils down to the subconscious mind, as both need downloaded programs to perform their functions. The conscious Mind, on the other hand, is represented by the keyboard; this is where the 'operator' can introduce data and ideas into the system.
Simply put, the unconscious "hard drive" has read-only programs, while the conscious Mind can introduce new information through the keyboard that provides the system with a read-write capability.
Awareness
When we work from the conscious Mind, we are the programmers of our life.
However, when we work through the subconscious mind, our life is shaped by the raw downloaded programs that we obtained in the first seven years of our life. Science has now recognized that we only use the creative conscious Mind about 5% of the day.
For 95% of our lives, the conscious Mind is weighed down under the control of the unconscious Mind and directs our behavior, in the thoughts of programs.
This insight is profound because it reveals that we do not create the lives we desire, but unconsciously (ie through the subconscious mind) exhibit lives that are coherent with the beliefs we downloaded as children.
Because up to 70% of the downloaded beliefs that are powerless, self-sabotaging, and limiting before the age of 7, we experience stress from these programs because, by definition, they undermine the wants, desires, and aspirations of our conscious Mind.
The programs we download often cover the structures of our family systems. You are 50% your mother and 50% your father. They got their programming back from their parents. But the main influences that influence our programming and thus our thoughts are those of society. Religion, politics and education determine through our educators, masters and leaders how we think we need to organize our lives in order to meet this society.
Yes, the Jesuits were right that our lives will be controlled by the developmental programming that was unconsciously downloaded into our minds when we were 7 years old. This insight was understood more than 400 years ago by those who shape our civilization. While programming came from the church centuries ago, civilization was guided by religious dogma.
After Darwin, knowledge of science shifted control of the church.
Deleting old beliefs
Currently we are now programmed by beliefs of the conventional scientific community. Beliefs that further instill the understanding of limitation and powerlessness.
For example, we have been led to believe that our lives are pre-programmed in our genes, that our fate is determined by heredity.

❤8
Because, as far as we know, we have not chosen our genes, we cannot change our genes if we don't like the signs they encode, AND because we are programmed by the belief that genes turn on and off we see ourselves as victims .
The biggest debunking there is!
The world is on the verge of an evolutionary upheaval because the old programs and systems are no longer functioning.
Look at politics, education, healthcare
We must now "wake up" and take back our power, for ourselves and the rest of civilization.
The system has been made more important than the proper functioning of humans. Man is sidelined and trapped in limiting beliefs, rules, structures and systems.
Man has become dependent on systems from the limiting subconscious programming and unconscious of his true potential and creative ability.
People have been deeply afraid of their status, their position, their identity through power. Fear of money and death.
Everyone knows that fear.
But without personal transformation there will be no system transformation in the world. To change systems we have to change ourselves. Your individual process has an impact on the bigger picture. More and more people are waking up.
The nature of our lives, as for individual cells, is not determined by our genes, but by our responses to the signals that determine our life flow. When we operate from the conscious Mind, we are actually creators of our life.
What you think becomes reality. Thoughts direct the vibration of your genes, cells and energy.
That vibration attracts peers like a magnet.
You learn step by step about the universal powers that you have at your disposal when you wake up.
When you gain awareness about the workings of your own system.

Mastery,s way to Flow - The art of Human Life - Your life
Week 1 - The Art of Standing Still
Balance begins with awareness
In a world that is constantly changing, it is an art to pause for a moment.
Not to become stagnant, but to truly feel where you are.
What still resonates with you — and what no longer does?
What needs attention, space, or change?
When we consciously create space for reflection, clarity begins to emerge.
Clarity that shows us:
the way forward
the way to let go
the way back to our own path
A path that arises when we dare to become aware of what is
and what is no longer needed.
What is it that you don’t want anymore?
And what is it that you do want?
When we sift and sort through our inner and outer experiences,
we begin to explore timelines we unconsciously hold on to,
detect thoughts that have turned into convictions,
and recognize decisions that have slowly transformed into chains.
Suddenly, we see the fork in the road ahead of us with new eyes.
This Week You Will Learn To:
reflect on your thoughts and feelings
recognize what gives you energy and what drains it
listen to the voice of your mind without getting carried away
reorganize the layers of your personal balance and your life
“Balance is not a state of being, but a constant adjustment.”
Mastery of the Self
Everything you think and feel creates energy.
That energy determines what you radiate — and what you attract.
When you experience prolonged stress or negative thought patterns,
your body becomes unbalanced.
The mind shifts into survival mode,
and the heart and mind fall out of alignment —
a state we call incoherence.
Mastery of the Self means learning to understand your inner system
and consciously steering it back toward balance.
You consist of four interconnected parts:
Mind – your thoughts and beliefs
Body – your physical body and energy
Emotion – your emotions and intuition
Spirit – your essence; who you truly are
When these four parts work together in harmony,
energy flows freely through you.
You feel calm, powerful, and clear.
You are in your flow.
Alignment
Alignment means being in a state of flow
with yourself, your outer world, and your purpose, direction, or calling.
In alignment, you experience:
purpose
trust
connection
All at the same time.
You know where you want to go.
You trust your direction.
And you feel connected — with yourself and with others.
When one of these three elements is missing
(purpose, trust, or connection),
imbalance arises and energy stagnates.
When alignment is restored,
life feels lighter, more effortless, and natural.
That is flow.
Life, however, unfolds through contrast.
This is part of destiny.
Challenges will arise.
What matters is how we move through them
and how we return to harmony.
This determines our ability to live in
Self-Mastery and Flow.
Attraction
Everything is energy — you, others, the earth, the entire universe.
Energy behaves like a magnet:
what you send out, you attract.
Positive energy flows, connects, and creates
Negative energy blocks, polarizes, and attracts more negativity
By consciously choosing thoughts, feelings, and actions
that feel aligned and nourishing,
you raise — or maintain — your vibration.
As a result, you naturally attract
what resonates with who you truly are.
This creates more alignment,
and more flow.
Awareness
Awareness means waking up inside your own life.
It is the ability to see what is happening within you
without judgment,
and to sense where balance is disrupted
while understanding its origin.
You learn to recognize:
what you feel emotionally
what you think mentally
what your body reveals through sensations
what you deeply desire or feel inspired to create
With awareness, choice becomes possible.
Choices that restore balance,
bring peace,
and offer direction.
Transformation
Transformation is the process of growth.
It begins the moment you move through old pain, patterns, or beliefs
and awaken something new within yourself.

This can be uncomfortable —
and that discomfort is the gateway.
Everything you avoid repeats itself.
This includes the imbalances that drain your energy,
create uncertainty,
and manifest as unwanted circumstances.
By learning to listen to your system
and nourishing it with what it truly needs —
rest, nutrition, movement, love, inspiration —
and by doing the inner work of detaching, releasing, and recalibrating,
you come closer to who you truly are.
You stop living on autopilot
and begin living in mastery —
in connection, balance, and flow.
Good luck with the first week.
Make it something beautiful for yourself.
If you have any questions, please ask.
With love,
Danielle

How are you Wintering?
We inhabit systems that reward output over presence.
Visibility over depth.
Doing over being.
From an early age, many of us learned:
“What are you going to do?”
“Be useful.”
“Don’t waste time.”
An empty agenda raises questions.
Slowness is interpreted as a lack of ambition.
Rest must be justified.
In this context, being active all the time is not a personal flaw.
It is a collective survival strategy.
We have learned to become Human Doings rather than Human Beings
in order to earn space, attention, and worth.
What we have largely lost is an appreciation for the necessity of rest, peace, reflection, and contemplation —
states that can only truly emerge when we disconnect from constant external input
and create a deliberate, protected space to return to ourselves.
Many people today lack awareness of seasonality in their own lives.
The rhythm of expansion and contraction.
Action and stillness.
Expression and integration.
As a society, we have become highly skilled at thinking and doing.
And we have largely forgotten feeling and resting.
Yet evolution — personal as well as collective — does not happen in perpetual motion.
It requires cycles.
After planning and action comes reflection.
After intensity comes rest.
After movement comes stillness.
And only from that stillness can new information be integrated,
new insight emerge,
and a course be recalibrated.
Harmony — including your own — is not achieved by speed.
It is achieved by honoring all seasons of a cycle,
and knowing when each one is required.
Honor your winter season.
Honor the tempo, the invitation and the effects of the energy present right now.
Sending Love
