16일 《다른 로씨야》당 조정자 미하일 악쎌동지는 자기 당의 이름으로 조선민주주의인민공화국 대사관을 방문하여 당적수준에서의 친선관계를 회복하고 앞으로 더욱 발전시킬 목적을 달성하였다.
이날 조선민주주의인민공화국과의 친선 및 문화협조 로씨야협회(조선민주주의인민공화국과의 국제적련대성그루빠의 집단성원)가 주최한 위대한 령도자 김정일동지의 서거 14돐에 즈음한 엄숙한 추모모임이 진행되였다.
여기에는 로씨야련방주재 조선민주주의인민공화국 특명전권대사와 대사관 성원들, 로씨야 외무성, 로씨야련방 국가회의, 로씨야련방공산당, 자유민주당, 조선전쟁로병리사회 대표들, 또한 국제적련대성 인사들이 참가하였다.
로씨야 민족볼쉐비크들을 대표하여 미하일 악쎌동지는 로씨야련방주재 조선민주주의인민공화국 특명전권대사 신홍철동지에게 깊은 조의를 표하였다.
그는 《다른 로씨야》당이 가장 어려웠던 시기에도 사상적으로 가장 가까운 나라로서 조선을 일관하게 지지해왔으며 앞으로도 관계를 강화해나갈것이라고 강조하였다.
이어 조선민주주의인민공화국과의 국제적련대성그루빠 위원장 알렉싼드르 모스또브동지는 미하일 악쎌동지를 조선민주주의인민공화국 대사관의 새 고문 김준성동지에게 소개하였다.
면담과정에 쌍방은 앞으로의 실천적접촉들을 발전시키기 위한 구체적인 조치들을 토의하였다.
모스또브동지는 자력갱생에 의거하여 제재속에서도 이룩된 조선의 최신 군사적 및 민수적성과들을 보여주는 사진전시회를 참관할것을 제의하였다.
면담을 마치며 《다른 로씨야》당 조정자는 당 도서관을 위한 선물로 여러 권의 책들을 전달받고 위대한 수령 김일성동지와 위대한 령도자 김정일동지의 영상미술작품앞에서 기념사진을 남겼다.

The Coordination Committee of the DPRK International Solidarity Group (DPRK ISG) announces the following.
① On December 16, 2025, Alexander Mostov submitted his resignation. Comrade Zheng Yutong (Vera) has been appointed as the acting Leader of our organization.
In connection with this, preliminary elections for the candidate for the organization's highest leadership post were conducted democratically. The results are as follows:
1. Nikita Dobrov — 9.09%
Regional Secretary of the Russian Executive Committee in the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation. Nominated by Alexander Mostov, joined Russian Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG in 2020. Member of the CPRF and the LCYU RF.
2. Zheng Yutong — 86.36%
Director of the 4th Administrative Department. Self-nominated candidate, joined Chinese Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG in 2021.
3. Against all — 4.55%
② To confirm the democratic nature of our organization's structure, the position of "Leader," as stipulated in our charter, will be renamed to "President." The President of the DPRK International Solidarity Group is the Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK International Solidarity Group.
③ In accordance with the DPRK ISG Charter, the election of the Chairman of the Coordination Committee was held on December 21 at 16:00 Pyongyang time.
A detailed news report on the election results will be published later.

조선민주주의인민공화국과의 국제적련대성그루빠 로씨야 집행부 성원들인 첼랴빈스크와 세르기예브 빠싸드의 친선클럽 활동가들과 《미술전선》창작프로젝트에 참가하는 많은 화가들이 조선인민군 군인들에게 100여장의 엽서를 보내였다.
조선민주주의인민공화국과의 국제적련대성그루빠 조직위원회 위원장 알렉싼드르 모스또브동지는 해당 단체 책임자들과 직접 상봉하고 가까운 시일안에 엽서전달사업을 보장할것을 약속하였다.
로씨야의 화가 알따나 발다노바는 해외군사작전수행과정에 전투임무를 수행하고있는 조선인민군 군인들에게 엽서와 함께 편지를 보내였다.

On December 21, an expanded meeting of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK International Solidarity Group (DPRK ISG) was held.
The meeting participants were informed that, in order to confirm the democratic nature of our organization's management structure, the position of "Leader," as recorded in our charter, would be renamed to "President." The President of the DPRK International Solidarity Group is the Chairman of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK International Solidarity Group.
In accordance with the DPRK ISG Charter, a vote was held at the meeting on the election of Comrade Zheng Yutong. Results:
IN FAVOR — 95.2% (21)
AGAINST — 4.8% (1)
The decision was adopted by an overwhelming majority of votes.
