💰JUST IN: Iranian crypto exchange Nobitex has been hacked for over $81.7 million

This marks one of the biggest security breaches in crypto so far in 2025. The incident was brought to light by blockchain investigator ZachXBT, who traced the stolen funds to several suspicious wallet addresses.

The hack has left thousands of Iranian traders currently locked out of their funds, raising serious concerns about the platform’s security infrastructure.

We recently exposed an individual for allegedly snaking his own cut. Once the post went live, it quickly made the rounds—and shortly after, he reached out, offering to pay back the amount to clear things up and end things on good terms without any misunderstandings.

This marks just the second week since launching @scammed, and we've already helped recover nearly $20,000.

🤡JUST IN: Nigerian crypto traders are now going band for band… with a 4-figure net worth.

Thought you were down bad for larping online? Think again. Twitter's latest beef has Nigerians throwing digital punches over who can flex $5,000 harder. Yes—five racks. Half a Rolex. One ETH and change.

‼️UPDATE: Someone on the Ledger Reddit has already reported getting hit for $5K with this scam.

Now, I’m not sure what’s sadder falling for the scam itself, or someone out there going through the effort of sending physical mail for low four-figure targets.

‼️JUST IN: The Rollbit team has launched a Solana-based casino with no KYC, and they're now paying top influencers high six figures monthly to promote it.

The biggest name so far? FaZe Banks, who confirmed he’s being paid $550K/month to advertise the platform. Other streamers are reportedly signing similar deals.

🤡JUST IN: Zoinbase users are now in the middle of a full-blown LARP-off.

It’s starting to feel like a new disease — scroll through any TikTok post with the #zoinbase tag and you’ll find users flexing fake watches, screenshotting flashed crypto wallets, and begging each other to “move.”

How many have actually moved funds between each other? That’s right: zero. Because they’re all trying to cosplay as Coinbase-era social engineers.

‼️JUST IN : A new social engineering scam is making the rounds—and it’s a serious threat, especially for crypto users on Windows.

Scammers are using platforms like Zoom and Brave Talk (BT) to initiate conversations, then deploying stealthy malware during the call to backdoor your system and drain your crypto wallets

The malware is well-coded, bypasses most security tools, and currently, there's no effective way to detect or stop it.

⚠️UPDATE: I saw another crypto trader mention losing their life savings to this method earlier today, but didn’t think much of it—until an actual victim reached out to us (@scammed) with a 4-minute voice message and proof showing she had $22K drained.

‼️UPDATE ( 2 ) : Earlier today, a victim reached out to us and sent a 4-minute voice message. She asked me to share it here to raise awareness—they stole $22K from her, and they're actively targeting more people.

This is currently one of the most effective scam methods out there, and the worst part is: there’s literally nothing you can do to prevent it right now.

‼️UPDATE ( 3 ) : It appears the RAT being used is pre-installed into the Windows environment, meaning once you fall for it, the execution is instant—it happens in a second, with little to no effort needed from the attacker.

We advise everyone to stay extremely cautious when using Brave Talk or Zoom. We'll be posting another high $XXX,XXX+ case soon of someone who fell victim to the same exact scam.

⚠️UPDATE (5): The program used to carry out this threat is mshta, an app pre-installed on every Windows version (which is why Mac users can’t fall for this).

The female victim who lost $22K has sent multiple voice messages explaining more details, since a lot of you were asking.

‼️JUST IN: It looks like this RAT/SE method is spreading fast and affecting many in the community right now.

Another admin reported that their friend fell victim to the same hack and lost $70K.

🔔UPDATE: A lot of you have been asking how to avoid getting drained by the rat.

It’s quite simple: you can either disable the offender’s MSTHA or just avoid giving remote access to anyone you don’t trust.

We also recommend not using Brave Talk or Zoom, as they’ve been found to have hidden malware that the offender can potentially set up.

We’re confident this will be patched soon, but for now, just stay cautious and protect your access!
