James 5:13 says, “Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray.” Yet you twist James 2:14 against Scripture itself, dismissing prayer in order to promote gun control.
James 2:14 rebukes dead faith that produces no fruit. It does not rebuke prayer. Prayer is itself a work of faith, commanded by God, and the first act of obedience in suffering.
To mock prayer as inaction is to misunderstand both Scripture and the Christian life.
May God show you mercy, because with what you have written, that mercy is beyond mine.
