Very nearly finished processing the data! I'm estimating there'll be 10K+ high priority targets. And this is just for one industry (healthcare, taken from the NPI registry). Plus I have ethnicity information for 7.5 million unique names so we can investigate other communities as needed.

It's ridiculous. I've been vibe coding all morning and I thought "wait, a phone number API might actually be the best way to detect scammers, this is a domain that's been solved" and it's been super reliable so far! But I don't have the ability to process in bulk.
