Today, I'm tracing the ideological roots of mass migration by running thousands of articles through LLMs. Our current migration policy evolved over decades, so there's a lot of material! I'll present the findings in at least two parts:
1. Migration as One-Way: Examining how migration is consistently framed as a one-way, non-reversible process.
2. Enablement of Migration: Investigating how U.S. policy actively incentivized emigration from other countries, whether it be via destabilization (CIA/NED) or economic leverage.

Here's the truth: it's standard operating procedure. In most nonprofits, only a small fraction of your donation reaches the front lines.
If this qualifies as a scandal, then the entire nonprofit sector is a scandal.
Lawmakers shouldn't treat this as an isolated case; they should treat it as a call to overhaul a broken, opaque system.

By the late 1940s, the Ford, Rockefeller, and Carnegie foundations were aligned in promoting global liberal democracy. The Ford Foundation’s Gaither Report urged support for transferring national sovereignty to the UN. Rockefeller called democracy a “new order” to be spread globally, while Carnegie had long focused on peace and freedom. Though the CIA was criticized for working with smaller nonprofits, the Church Committee cleared the Big Three, who were already openly collaborating with the U.S. government through USAID.

Completely different topic. We have a hawk that lives in our yard. I have a love-hate relationship with it because while it’s cool to have a pet hawk, it’s eaten all the rabbits and squirrels.
This morning it hit the window chasing a smaller bird. It’s on the ground but still alive and moving and seems to be improving. It’s standing now. My oldest son has been watching over it all morning.

It seems that the FBI at the time framed the email as having coming from Russian intelligence and that it was "reconstructed."
