The lawsuit asks Modern Media to take down the defamatory report and issue a formal apology to CZ. Additionally, further compensation has been demanded for the damage caused.

The Nomad token bridge appears to have experienced a security exploit that has allowed hackers to systematically drain the bridge’s funds over a long series of transactions.
Nearly the entire $190.7 million in crypto has been removed from the bridge, with only $651.54 left remaining in the wallet.
Exploiters removed tokens in an unusual fashion as each token was removed in nearly equivalent denominations. For example, transactions with exactly 202 440 USDC were executed over 200 times.

In a Tuesday notice on its second quarter earnings for 2022, MicroStrategy said Saylor would be assuming the new role of executive chair at the company, while president Phong Le will become CEO. The changes are expected to take effect on Aug. 8.
«I believe that splitting the roles of Chairman and CEO will enable us to better pursue our two corporate strategies of acquiring and holding Bitcoin and growing our enterprise analytics software business», Saylor said.

In a Monday announcement, the OFAC effectively barred U.S. residents from using more than 40 USD Coin (USDC) and Ether (ETH) addresses connected to Tornado Cash by placing them on its list of Specially Designated Nationals. It’s unclear what led to this enforcement action, but the protocol was at the center of some recent hacks and exploits in decentralized finance, including a $375-million attack on Wormhole in February and a $100-million hack on Horizon Bridge in June.
Tornado Cash announced in July that it had fully open-sourced its user interface code as part of its goals towards complete decentralization and transparency.
