Before trading began, user teochew.eth created an SPK/USDT liquidity pool and added nearly 20 000 USDT — without any SPK tokens, just stablecoins. He intended to set the price at 1 USDT = 19 SPK (meaning SPK would cost around $0.05), but accidentally flipped the pair and set it as 1 SPK = 19 000 USDT.

Trader 0x7ef29 quickly spotted the error and sold 1 SPK for nearly $20,000, instantly draining all the liquidity from the pool.
