Being very overweight is a terrible thing to be, not primarily because it's unappealing, but because it fundamentally changes who you are. It changes how you walk, how you talk, how you breathe, and also how you think.
People who have a very high bodyfat % will often degrade morally as well as physically. One can easily find ugly, overweight women who are also megawhores with surprisingly high bodycounts, and who are generally unpleasant to be around. Exceptions to this rule obviously exist, of course, and ultimately allowing yourself to be ruled by your biology is even more pathetic than being unable to hike a mile.
Yet at the same time, the "solutions" which people take for an easy way out of being fat will oftentimes make them worse. Ozempic is a good example, other than being toxic and likely to cause permanent damage to your body, it is the most emblematic of just how lazy people can be.

It isn't enough to take a day out of the week where you don't eat anything. That requires too much effort, and despite being an actual weightloss shortcut, those addicted to food or alcohol will go out of their way to convince themselves that this is impossible. They HAVE to have gastric bypass, they HAVE to take Ozempic, they HAVE to get bulimia, or so they will tell you.
People have become so inherently lazy, that being forced to change their lifestyle to avoid type 2 diabetes and heart failure at 30 is too much to ask for.
Even if less enjoyable, the natural path is 9 times out of 10 what you should be taking. Ozempic will not just poison you, but make you retarded, and so will the vast majority of weightloss shortcuts which don't involve you changing your lifestyle.
